If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns of any garment that are not worn, damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and still fitted with the original tags/labels that match what you ordered. Your return will need to be dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery to your chosen address. If the items are outside of the exchange period we will not be able to accept returns. Please note that we are unable to exchange jewelry and undergarment items due to hygiene reasons.
We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted. We will issue you with a store credit or an exchange on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge). Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's payment method. Please remember to fill in the return form via your account, with your order number, and allow 14 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange/refund to be processed.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods and that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. The cost of returning the original item to us is your responsibility.
Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Our sale items are non-refundable.
