FAQ's

Where is my order?

Your HxKing order could be in our warehouse, waiting dispatch, with the courier on it’s way or delivered.
If your payment was successful, you should have received a confirmation email. If you haven’t received your confirmation email (please check in your junk email) then your order is still with us.
Please contact customerservice@hxking.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help you to receive your HxKing order as soon as possible!


Can I cancel or edit my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to your HxKing order once placed as it’s processed immediately! You will need to place another order or follow our returns process for any unwanted items.


I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you received a HxKing item that is not in perfect condition. Please contact by submitting the form available above and we will be more than happy to help you.To help us get this fixed for you as soon as possible, when you contact us please include the following information; If you contact us via the 'Return' form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
